This episode is about an interview I did with Lauren whose voice is done by good friend Natalie since Lauren lives in Nova Scotia. Please excuse any of the ums, uhs I didn't take them out because I think it makes the episode more real with them in.

This will be my first episode of the podcast. It will give background information about the podcast and what we will be discussing in it. Since my episodes are shorter than most podcasts hopefully then they should be easier to listen to and learn from.
