I usually post my episodes every week or every other.
Episode 29 (year 5)“I Am” vs. “I Have”: A Linguistic Identity Crisis
This episode examines how the language we use—shaped by personal stories, research, and tools like the Curable app—affects identity, perception, and healing, especially in relation to neurodivergence, stigma, and chronic pain.
This episode explores how the language we use—like “the migraine” vs. “my migraine” or “autistic” vs. “person with autism”—shapes identity, perception, and even the experience of chronic pain. Drawing from personal reflections, research, and tools like the Curable app, we dive into the impact of word choice on neurodivergence, stigma, and healing. Ultimately, we examine how thoughtful language can create distance from suffering, foster empowerment, and reflect the complex ways we define ourselves.

Episode 45:Interview with Tomas About his Life With NLD, ADP, and Dysgraphia (Part Two)
Today I'll be playing the second part of Tomas's interview, which was done in December of last year, about his life with NLD, ADP, and Dysgraphia. I did learn some things in this interview that I didn't know before doing it, hope that's true for you as well. Tomas has many theories and opinions I don’t agree with all of them especially the one about ADHD not be being a learning challenge, I think it is one.
On June 19th from 10 am-11:30 am (PT) I'll have the small zoom meeting for people with NLD in my podcast audience. If you plan on attending please email me livingwithnld@gmail.com and I'll give you the link to it, thank you.
