I usually post my episodes every week or every other.
Episode 29 (year 4): Challenges of NLD, Chronic Migraines, and PTSD
Do you struggle with more than one incurable condition or learning difference?
Do you struggle with more than one incurable condition or learning difference? Or do you have challenges living with more than one condition or learning difference that are invisible? Do you have issues with there not being a cure for these conditions, diseases, learning differences etc. now or possibly ever?
I would say yes to all of these questions and that has been true for the past 16 years for my PTSD, the past 10 years for NLD and chronic migraines.

Episode 12 (year 4): NLD, Making Big Life Decisions, Changes, and Living with Regrets
Have you ever had to make a big life decision and didn’t know how to make it? Have you ever regretted the decisions you made in your past? Or felt like there was too much change going on in your life for you to handle?
Have you ever had to make a big life decision and didn’t know how to make it? Have you ever regretted the decisions you made in your past? Or felt like there was too much change going on in your life for you to handle?
I have been wrestling a personal decision for months now that involves my traumatic past, I haven’t come to a conclusion on it yet. I am working on this with my therapist and thought I would share with you what the process has been like for me. Maybe it’ll help you or someone you know who is in the same situation.

Episode 28 (year 3): NLD, My Chronic Illness Frustrations, and Close Calls with Car Accidents
Today's episode was an unscripted one because I got choked up after my dr's appointment. I'm so frustrated about not having easy answers about how to many my chronic migraine condition. I've had this for almost 9 years and it started when I was diagnosed with NLD. Please go to past episodes for more information on these topics if you would like more. Thank you for listening and being okay with being vulnerable with you I appreciate it.
I'm sorry but I'll have to put the support group for neurodivergents on hold until I can work through some of my personal things.

Episode 13 (year 3): Body insecurities, NLD, and Sexual Abuse
Have you ever had body insecurities because of being sexually abused or having a learning challenge? Or because of both? For me, I would yes to the second question and add that it’s hard for me to lose weight because of my chronic migraine (sometimes episodic) condition. There are some reasons I can think of why NLD, sexual abuse, and chronic migraines make it harder for me to lose weight.

Episode 25 (year 2): NLD and Some Relief From My Chronic Pain
Today’s topic is going about relief from chronic pain and how it relates to NLD. Have you ever felt a certain part of your body was hit by a seismic 2by4? Or felt unexplainable or indescribable pain in that part of your body? Or maybe a tingling sensation in your head? Well for me with the chronic migraines that I’ve had for the past 8 years it’s been yes all 3 of those questions.
