I usually post my episodes every week or every other.

Episode 25 (Year 4): Why Being a ND and Having Chronic Pain is a Blessing in Disguise

What is, how is and why is beautiful or a blessing in disguise? Why is it a good thing to be authentically you and not mask your neurodiversity? Why you shouldn’t mask your neurodiversity?

I’ve always had a difficult time being myself especially around people that don’t know much about me. I usually don’t hid the challenges that my learning difference and chronic migraine conditions present to my close friends and family because they know what it is like for me since they live with me and have known me for a while.

Episode 04 (year 3): What It Is Feels Like Being a ND in a NT World

Have you ever felt alone, lost, or like no one understands you because you’re different from them? Today I want to talk about how it’s hard for people like me who have learning challenges to live in a world that wasn’t built for us. This world was built for Nureotypicals, not neurodivergents. This fact makes it hard for us to function and get through the everyday challenges of life, especially if you have something that is invisible like NLD, ASD, ADHD, Anxiety, chronic pain, etc.

The next support group is on August 20th from 10 am-11:30 am (PT).

Episode 48 (year 2): Neurodivergent (ND) Brains vs. Neurotypical (NT) Ones

Have you ever wondered how your brain is different from an NT because you are Neurodiverse? I definitely have. My brain is wired differently so I think in different ways than NTs do. And I tend to overthink things and make them bigger, more difficult than necessary. I have gotten better at not having them bug me as much though because that doesn't do any good.
