I usually post my episodes every week or every other.
Episode 6 (year 5): How Many Educators and Professionals Are Neurodiverse or Know Someone Who Is?
How many doctors, teachers, academic counselors and tutors are neurodiverse? Or know someone who is neurodiverse?
The topic discusses how many professionals, like doctors, teachers, and tutors, are neurodiverse or know someone who is. It suggests that if more doctors understood neurodiversity, they could better address challenges related to chronic pain, medication effectiveness, weight management, and self-care. The text highlights that neurodiverse individuals face different challenges than neurotypicals, and professionals who recognize this could offer more effective and compassionate care.

Episode 36 (year 3): NLD and Vocabulary in Personal, Academic, Politics and Professional Settings
Have you had challenges with building on your vocabulary in academic, personal, political, and professional settings? Have you had problems on guessing the meaning of words based on the context they’re used in? Have you had issues with remembering the definition of new or old words?
I know I’ve had all of those problems and still do. It’s challenging for me to guess what a word means by using the context that it was used in but I’m working on it. It’s tricky for me to remember what some words mean because they have so many meanings for one word. This also makes it challenging to remember definitions of new words.

Episode 10 (year 3): Being an Advocate for Yourself at Work, School and in Personal Life
Have you ever had difficulty advocating for yourself in school, work, or your personal life because you are neurodivergent? I had experienced this many times in my life, especially when I wasn’t working for my parents or trying to describe why I needed extra help from a professor in college. The accommodation programs I used in college for NLD were: Kurizewhiel 3000, Sonnocent, and Audionotaker.
